Frustration & Drop-off Heatmap

Where six Shin Ramyun consumers hit friction. Intensity runs 1 = low → 5 = severe, scored from each consumer's ledger (bad-sentiment density + hesitation). Each one's predicted drop-off is outlined. Hover a cell for the driver.

Friction: 1Low 2Mild 3Notable 4High 5Severe predicted drop-off
Hover any cell to see the friction level and the touchpoint driving it at that stage.

Different failure shapes

Zoe fails at the first cook (heat), Dev at purchase (price/stock), Grace at consideration (sodium), Marcus at retention (guilt). One fix does not serve all.

The calm one is the asset

Mi-yeong's journey is the lowest-friction — that stability is the value. The only crack is a price gap, so defend it.

Highest churn risk

Zoe's severe (5) first-cook heat is the biggest drop-off — and it lands right after purchase, wasting the acquisition.

The invisible loss

Leah never even reaches the shelf — heat + sodium fear stall her in Consideration. Win the ZMOT reassurance and you convert the buyers you never see.
