Six instruments, explained in full and free to teach from

These are the working tools from the courses, not summaries of them. Each one is set out completely on its own page, with the method, a worked example, and a worksheet to download. No email, no conditions.

Values and Principles Framework A short list of principles, each one specific enough to refuse something Mission and Vision Framework One mission sentence and one vision paragraph, both testable STAR Interview Answers A bank of six to eight stories, each usable for several questions What an Applicant Tracking System Actually Reads A resume that parses cleanly and ranks on the right vocabulary Campaign Strategy Brief A one page brief a team can actually execute from Blog Post Structure A seven line outline that a draft can be written from directly

Why they are free

A framework kept behind a form is a framework nobody tests. These have been used by several thousand students and working professionals in Seoul over eighteen years, and they improved because people used them and reported back on where they broke.

What is restricted is different. Student workbooks, lecture slides, assignment briefs and grading rubrics belong to the people paying tuition. The instruments themselves belong to anyone who finds them useful.

Take them, use them, teach from them. A citation and a link is the whole of what is asked.

Where they come from

Four of the six come out of Personal Branding in Digital Markets, and two out of Multimedia Marketing and Content Design, both taught at Hanyang University's Center for Creative Convergence Education in Seoul. The full course set is in The Classroom.
