Let’s work together.
Corporate training, coaching, curriculum design, and speaking. The same frameworks from the free tools, delivered in depth, for people and teams who need them to stick.
Four ways to work together.
One consistent standard.
Every engagement uses the same frameworks I have refined over 18 years. The difference is depth, duration, and who is in the room.

Starting points to help you plan
Exact pricing depends on scope, format, group size, and preparation time. Every engagement is scoped individually. The format below gives you a sense of how I structure the work. Specific rates are confirmed in the initial conversation — usually within two business days.
Note: the frameworks I teach in these workshops are all documented and available free at The Classroom. The workshop goes considerably deeper.

outside the classroom
Everything I teach at Hanyang, I test in the classroom first. If a framework does not hold up under a room full of engineering students who will tell you directly when something does not make sense, it does not make it into a workshop. What survives that process, and the boardrooms of Korean chaebols, makes it here. What does not, does not.
The result is a set of communication frameworks that have been stress-tested across 18 years, 6,000+ people, two languages, and two very different professional contexts: the Korean university classroom and the Korean corporate meeting room. Most trainers have one of these. Very few have both.
The Korea context matters. 24 years inside Korean professional culture: the hierarchy, the 인맥 networks, the chemyeon dynamics, the way silence is used in negotiation. None of it is something you acquire from reading about it. It changes what frameworks you build and how you teach them.
All training through CareerComms operates independently from Hanyang University. The frameworks I use in workshops and coaching are the ones I developed through 18 years of classroom instruction at the CCCE, applied here in a professional context and not an institutional one. My Hanyang affiliation is a credential, not a corporate relationship.
